About Me

Hi my name is Melissa. I was born in Evanston,Illinois but moved to Wisconsin at the age of 10. From the Beginning I was always different from my sisters. I was always quiet, and considered myself alone most of time. I didn't have a circle of friends like they did neither did I have flock of guys surrounding me. I was always considered to geek in my family or the "bookworm"  my love for books started at a young age. My happy place was always considered either at the school library or the public library, finding books to read was exciting for me as a child and as teen.The selection of books was always endless to me as a young child, I would read Dr Seuss, The Bernstein Bears, Corduroy bear even Madeline. It wasn't until I read Shiloh an abused dog who finds comfort in a little boy (Marty Preston) who eventually names him Shiloh that I really started using my imagination. Over the years my love for books has grown, instead of walking in to libraries I walk in to Barnes and nobles to feel the euphoria and excitement of books waiting to be found and read. Even though my life has taken a changed in to adulthood a mother of two smart and beautiful kids,along with school and working full time I still find alone time by myself to sit and read a good novel.
